Can the Notary give legal advice or answer questions about the documents?
A Notary who is not also an attorney cannot give legal advice or answer questions about your documents. QUICKdocs® does not employ attorneys, and may not give legal advice pertaining to your documents. Legal questions should be directed to the entity who provided the document, or an attorney.
If you can't give legal advice or answer questions, what is the benefit of using a Certified Signing Agent?
