If borrower does not show or refuses to sign documents, a fee is still due and payable. This fee will be equal to a minimum of 1/2 of the signing fee, plus printing charges and/or travel expenses. This to ensure that all documents are properly prepared and borrower is well-informed prior to Loan Signing Agent's arrival to handle signing. Loan Signing Agent's Fee is due in full for a completed signing, even if loan does not fund.

2 Fee includes up to two (2) notarized signatures, travel to: you, County Records office, Secretary of State Office in San Diego and returning documents to you.
3 Emergency, non-standard hours, Sunday and holiday charges may apply.
4 Services include: notarization, obtaining all signatures required, acquiring additional information from Borrower as required by lender/escrow, pick-up and delivery, and completion in a timely manner, all at a convenient location for the borrowers and/or escrow, title or lender.
